Refund policy

1. Returns

Due to the nature of food and edible products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item received


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the product

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
