At The Gourmet Variety, we operate on a dropshipping model, which means our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to your delivery address.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • Once your order is processed, it is forwarded to our supplier for shipment.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • European Union

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Because we use a dropshipping fulfillment model, delivery times may vary:

  • UK: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available).

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

6. Split Shipments

As products may be shipped from different suppliers or warehouses, your order may arrive in multiple packages at no additional cost to you.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incorrect customer information

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos/video

10. Order Cancellation
